FAQs first, then some reviews

1.   What is marketing really?
      A.   It's what drives people to your business door, who have already decided to buy a product that you sell. Marketing simply guides people ... it doesn't actually sell anything.

2.   How much will my marketing cost?
      A.   There is no "normal" price because there cannot be. Every business is different, and the marketing solution for each is a bespoke plan for that particular business.

3.   How do we know what we're going to pay?
      A.   Most of our content from dozens of campaigns is published on a weekly basis. So, part of our service is the "Weekly check-in". We visit our clients and briefly chat through campaign material and give an approximate cost, so you know how much you are likely to have to pay at the end of the month.

4.   Can't we just have a fixed monthly cost?
      A.   Yes you can. We know it can help with budgeting expenditure for a small business. We settle on a set number of tasks and content each month, then produce them to a schedule and a fixed price.

5.   Why can't I just do the marketing myself?
      A.   Well, you can if you want to. But let me explain that an average small business recieves at least 8 to 10 hours of our work each week. The bigger the business, the more of our work is required. If you have that amount of time to spare, and you have the knowledge and experience to exploit graphic design software, social media and AI generative content. then by all means, do your own marketing.

6.   Why should I pay for you to go on fancy sales conferences?
      A.   You don't ... never have, never will. I've been doing business for more than half a century. There aren't many people who can teach me how to do it!

A few customer reviews

1.   Fabio's group (restaurant & delicatessen retail combination)
We were one of Aktileda's first clients, more than 12 years ago now. Their service has been consistently high. Their content has kept up with our changing business models. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

2.   Just Dance (dance school)
We were struggling with establishing a new small business in a small town ... with a surprising amount of competition. Aktileda provided an approach to marketing that really put us on the map.

3.   Beatrice von Tresckow (fashion designer)
A European fashion designer selling European designs into South Africa is a challenging prospect. Aktileda supplied high quality content, gained from providing a model, photography and videography ... at a very reasonable price.

4.   Cattle Baron (National brand franchise)
As part of a nationally recognised brand, our marketing had to meet stringent requirements and standards. Aktileda service and content was held in high regard by the brand owners.

5.   The Heritage (niche restaurant)
We needed a marketing agency that really understood the ethic of the Heritage. Aktileda proposed a steady step-by-step growth program that included new meal concepts in line with Heritage thinking.

6.   Vespa Hermanus (motor cycle & scooter sales)
We're talking a very high price very small niche market imported product ... Vespa motor scooters. Thinking out of the box to market these machines is a pre-requisite
