The challenge was finding a solution to a world-wide decline in designer fashion retail.
 
Our client/partner for this daunting challenge is, Beatrice von Tresckow Designs from the UK.
 
Honest result?   :   After a year of "Normal" social media marketing, our partner could barely gather a measly 5% increase in overall retail from an 8 show national retail tour.
 
Obviously, the retail strategy we suggested, didn't work   :   So what do we do next?
